By using this website or purchasing any service from This Fixes That, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase a service.

These terms apply to thisfixesthat.com and all services offered under the This Fixes That brand by Octavius LLC.

Services

This Fixes That provides live, done-with-you tech setup and troubleshooting sessions for solopreneurs. Services include group workshops, 1:1 Fix Sessions, and a monthly subscription offers (Your Tech Person). Each service is described on the relevant page of this website.

Purchasing a service constitutes an agreement to the specific service terms for that product, including the disclaimers outlined in the Service Disclaimers document.

Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We use Stripe and Square for payment processing. By completing a purchase, you agree to their terms of service.

We do not store your full credit card number. Payment data is handled entirely by our payment processors.

Cancellations and Refunds

Workshops (Solo Startup Series)

• Cancellations 48+ hours before the session: full refund or transfer to a future date
• Cancellations within 48 hours: no refund; transfer to future date subject to availability
• No-shows: not eligible for refund or transfer
