If you sign up for Your Tech Person and decide within the first 7 days that it is not the right fit, you are entitled to a 75% refund. No explanation needed.
To request a refund, message Octavius directly on WhatsApp or email [email protected]. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
Your progress portal and everything documented in it stays with you after the refund. Nothing gets deleted.
After the 7-day window, the current month is non-refundable. You can cancel or pause at any time before the next billing date.
You can pause your subscription at any time by messaging support. Your remaining calls and days in the current 30-day window are preserved. When you reactivate, your window picks up from where it left off.
Benefits and time do not carry over from one 30-day cycle to the next.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or a one-time reschedule.
